About the Role

As an employee with us, you represent Hornbach and are a role model in terms of engagement, drive, and customer service. We are now looking for a sales associate for our hardware, tools, and electrical department.

Your main tasks will primarily consist of sales and advising customers. Thanks to your product knowledge and sales skills, you ensure that the customer can complete their project.

Examples of Common Tasks

• Active sales of the product range within hardware, tools, and electrical
• Opportunities to be inspired, learn from colleagues, and exchange solid knowledge and experience within the product area
• Responsible for incoming goods and displays as well as for renovations and modifications in the department
• Analyze the department's product presentation
• Assist in other departments as needed

Your Profile

• High school education or equivalent and experience in retail
• Relevant professional experience/education in hardware or tools
• Education or work experience in electrical installation is a requirement
• Passionate about providing our customers with the best possible service
• Realize the customer's project through professional advice on our wide product range
• You are stress-resistant, flexible, and solution-oriented
• Forklift license (A1-A4 & B1-B4) is an advantage

Working Hours/Duration:

Temporary position. Part-time 20 hours/week. Scheduled working hours day, evening, and every other weekend

Salary:

Salary according to collective agreement.
